Confirm the approx weight
FodSense will suggest an average weight of your dish. Either accept and save or edit before saving to get the suggested nutritional facts*.
Add to your daily Food List
Ready to add your dish to the daily list ? hit Save and you are done. Calories are added and compared to your daily goal.

How it Works
Tracking your daily sport activities for burned calories
Click on Add Sport Activity
Start by adding tracking your daily health routine with a new item into your daily list
Select from the list
pick from tens of activity types.
Confirm duration and intensity
Confirm or edit duration or intensity or even manually edit burned calories to match your training session
Add to your daily track list
Hit Save and you are done. Burned calories are added and subtracted to your daily consumed calories count.




Using another sports app tracking tool?
If you are using another app to track your training sesions no worries, we got you covered!
Click on the SYNCH button, provide the needed permissions when asked and we will import your sessions and their related calories data for you avoiding tedious duplicate data entry.
